Rain/Weather Policy:
There is no penalty or deposit lost for an event cancelled due to rain, weather or high winds as long as the cancellation takes place before we get to your location to set up. If rain, snow or high winds are in the forecast for the day of your event, you may cancel as late as the morning of the event prior to us leaving our warehouse. We also will call you the day before or morning of to make sure that the weather is ok for delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any rental due to the weather conditions.
*** In cases of heavy rain, snow, high winds or low temperatures (lower than +5 degrees) we cannot set up any inflatables and therefore there will be no delivery that day. Please make sure that you have a temporary backup plan for your party.
Once the unit has been setup there will be no refund. If it rains, snows or there are high winds during the time you have our unit you will agree to turn off, unplug and cover the blower unit. If the rain stops you may start it up again and dry off the bouncer surface and make sure the cover is off of the blower unit before you continue to use it.
If you do not want to cancel due to the weather and the bouncer gets wet there will be a drying/restocking fee of $75.00 payable at pickup time.
Size/Measurement Policy:
On the Bouncer/Slide Rentals page there is an actual size and a required space for each bouncer. They are there for you to understand what is needed to rent each bouncer. You MUST measure (with a measuring tape) your designated space you wish the bouncer to be placed and confirm with us that you have more than the required space on one type of surface noted.
PLEASE NOTE: If the required space is not correct for the bouncer you have rented and we are not able to setup due to the wrong amount of space, payment is required in full. That is why it is very important to measure your space carefully. We do have many sized units to accomodate any outdoor or indoor space (Halls, Gyms, Churches, etc.).
